Had to return a product that was delivered by this company. The return was quick and easy. I wouldn't have had to return the broken product if it was delivered with care.

The guy was going to leave 2 packages that weighed over 100 pounds each. When I came down, he was about to leave. I had every intention of giving him a nice tip, but his attitude told me that this was the part of his job that he disliked.
