Getting on highway I-85 North in Jefferson GA, this truck driver refuse to move over to the left lane causing me to hit my brakes, which could had cause an accident had there been any cars behind. How dumb was he not to move over the left lane that was clear?

Did not deliver to the place as instructed on central dispatch. One of the cars was not drivable and we had to pay to another towing company to bring it to the lot (the drop off place was few minutes away only). the driver refused to deliver it to the right place.
