“I walked in hoping to see, maybe drive, a CX90 I saw online before heading to a Jeep dealership to compare it to the Grand Cherokee L. -I never made it to the Jeep dealership. Ryan Samona loves Mazdas and knows his products. We got everything I was looking for in a new vehicle at a lower price point than I was anticipating, combined with Mazda’s Black Friday financing offer… well, I have my first Mazda! I picked it up on my birthday to find a big bow on the hood, snacks stashed all over inside, and balloons in the back seat. ?
Ryan took the time to show me how everything works and set it how I want it before I took off, but also provided a print out of all of the Mazda information links for future reference.
The whole team was great and beyond friendly. It was a Saturday and the vibe was more like friends hanging out watching the Michigan/OSU game. Very upbeat and happy.

“MPA repaired my 2020 Subaru last month and did a wonderful job! I scheduled it around a surgery (so I would not miss having the car). Their team got the work done even faster than I expected. The car looks great, and it appears they even detailed the inside of the car. To top it all off, since I could not come and pick up the car because I could not drive yet, their porters dropped it off to me. I will use MPA again if I ever have need and recommend them to all those I know. One other special item, when I mentioned I had to have surgery multiple members of their staff wished me well and let me know I would be in their thoughts and prayers. “I needed a battery for my 2012 jeep grand Cherokee. The first one they sold me was too large for my vehicle no problem they exchanged it np. My only issue is they said in there ad that they would do the installation. Turns out that's limited to the battery's location. My battery is under my front passenger seat, for them that's a no go..... it took me 45 minutes and a bloody scraped knuckle to work that one out due to me never doing it before. Not fun. Your ad said you install battery's that's not true. You need to remove that lie from your advertisement.”

“In general this is a pretty good auto parts store that has the parts in stock or will get them in a day or so. what I do not like is they claim they turn rotors but every time I try to get rotors turned either the machine is broken or there's tooling missing or the guy isn't in. so either do the work or take the sign out of the window!”
