“MPA repaired my 2020 Subaru last month and did a wonderful job! I scheduled it around a surgery (so I would not miss having the car). Their team got the work done even faster than I expected. The car looks great, and it appears they even detailed the inside of the car. To top it all off, since I could not come and pick up the car because I could not drive yet, their porters dropped it off to me. I will use MPA again if I ever have need and recommend them to all those I know. One other special item, when I mentioned I had to have surgery multiple members of their staff wished me well and let me know I would be in their thoughts and prayers. That goes above and beyond standard customer service!”

“I have been bringing my Jeep Wrangler to this dealership for oil changes the past couple of years. I recently had an issue with my Jeep that required that it be looked at immediately for safety reasons. I spoke with Laura in the service department, and even though it was right before a holiday weekend, she had me bring my jeep in same day to be checked out. Her priority was my safety even though they were extremely busy and did not have any actual appointments available. Laura was so kind and understanding.... she was also very knowledgeable and extremely customer service focused. After a thorough check, my Jeep was deemed safe to drive for short distances and an actual appointment was scheduled to do a full check on my Jeep. I cant say enough good things about Laura.....she is truly an asset to your service team.

“I needed a battery for my 2012 jeep grand Cherokee. The first one they sold me was too large for my vehicle no problem they exchanged it np. My only issue is they said in there ad that they would do the installation. Turns out that's limited to the battery's location. My battery is under my front passenger seat, for them that's a no go..... it took me 45 minutes and a bloody scraped knuckle to work that one out due to me never doing it before. Not fun. Your ad said you install battery's that's not true. You need to remove that lie from your advertisement.”

“In general this is a pretty good auto parts store that has the parts in stock or will get them in a day or so. what I do not like is they claim they turn rotors but every time I try to get rotors turned either the machine is broken or there's tooling missing or the guy isn't in. so either do the work or take the sign out of the window!”
