I also appreciated how patient the staff was especially cause I felt like I was being a little picky. All around a very pleasant experience”

“Amazing work and attention to detail at a reasonable price.
The souls on my riding boots (motorcycle) were very worn so I took them in to have new souls put on.
They far exceeded my expectations, new souls, re dyed the boots (they were very weather beaten to where they were gray and no longer black) and even repainted the metal clips on the bottom of the boot for my rain gear to attach to.
Not often now a days to have a business exceed expectations like Factory Finish did.

“Very helpful staff member. I bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas and it was over $200. My husband loves the jacket! However, being a rewards member I was surprised that DXL didn’t offer more than $15 off a $100 purchase. How about $30 off of $200.00 especially at Christmas time. Amazon had the coat for $159.00 but not in a 3 xl tall. Customers do compare prices. Let’s up the discounts DXL!”

“This place was not on my list of stores to shop but it will be from now on. I was able to find me a pair of nice quality sweat pants that were very comfortable. I even bought me a Detroit Lions shorts and T Shirt set. The young lady cashier was instrumental in helping me find the sweats. There was no zip up hoodie to go with it but that's ok. What I bought was just fine. For big and or tall guys and gals check this store out.”

“This sombrero was my grandfathers. I brought it back from Guatemala when I went out there in March it’s about a little over 15 years old and in extremely bad conditions as you could tell in the picture. I had went to Rodriguez Vaqueruta In hopes of restoring it. After taking a look, he did let me know that there wood be a risk in ruining the tejana, I told him I would put it in his hands to see how far he would go. And I’m so glad I did! “Lizzy's shoe store is nice. They have everything all in one. Wonderful place to shop. The store clerks are not following you or making you feel like you are a thief like other places. He was so kind to check and had a few big not quite what I thought... when I went in amazingly they had one red party hat amongst many gold ones and several winter hats that I also purchased. “Was assisted immediately after I asked where the men's shoes were? After I chose a very nice pair of Sperry Topsiders that are lace-up, but Extremely comfortable. While I was checking out to buy my shoes, I asked if after I walk out the door the shoes were mine? She said absolutely not. If I wasn't ? satisfied, I could return them within a generous amount of time period and Either exchange or get a refund.
