Most importantly made sure I felt comfortable in what I was wearing, not just rushed out the door She even took the time to ask my wife what she was wearing. She wanted to make sure we would match and if you know me. I would of never know to do that .You def do not find people that care anymore but this sales women knew her stuff and was great at her job . What a pleasure to shop with her.”

“This business was not busy at all. We plus an elderly gentleman were the only customers in the store. There was only one clerk. She was very nice. She was explaining how the points work to the gentleman in a way that he understood. She was taking her job seriously.”

“I got my first pair of shoes at McNally's when I was a kid (37 years ago). When my son needed his first pair we took him there as well. My daughter will get her first pair there next month. I actually went to preschool with the owner's son but have long since moved away. I'm so glad that there is still a small, family owned shoe store like McNally's that provides exceptional customer service. I hope the rocking horse is still there next month!”
