    Great internet provider until you have to cancel your plan for a out-of-network move.Got left on hold for over 30 minutes after establishing with the call center all my information, and that I wanted to cancel, and that I wasn't interested in anything besides canceling, as my new address doesn't have Xfinity compatibility.... read full comment

    Tried to re start internet service with an account I had at an old apartment, but the entire experience was so frustrating and mind numbing I decided to try metronet. At least their call center reps can form a coherent sentence.
