Dawn is the best!
I have a step daughter that struggles with getting her blood drawn, Dawn was very good at explaining everything and keeping her calm. We will ask for her every time ?

When I went to this lab, I was given rather poor customer service by some tatted up douchebag. I made a complaint and Sparrow did nothing. It's sad to see a medical facility be on par with Burger King as far as their experience goes, because they're supposed to be a hospital. Where are the standards?
