Antoinette has been my tech for the majority of my draws and she is fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all around great person. She was taken back immediately and given Benadryl and a steroid shot quickly before the paperwork was done. They kept us to monitoring her every 30 minutes until her swelling was gone.
