“These guys were simply wonderful. I was t-boned in my father-in-law’s Prius by a truck on my way to Traverse City from northern Wisconsin. The Toyota dealership sent me here as they could not help me. These guys used a sledgehammer to make the car drivable while I waited. They were so quick, obliging, and friendly. They offered me coffee and didn’t even charge me. Excellent service in addition to true midwestern kindness and charm. Very impressed!”

Had an emergency situation in a Mercedes Benz, although busy and booked, Matt the owner was the only mechanic in town that agreed to help me and look at my vehicle even as a new client on an hour notice. Matt was able to fix my issue within 30 minutes. On top of being grateful he was able to fix the issue, I am extremely grateful for these guys helping a random guy out in a desperate situation. Every employee was kind hearted and knowledged. Unfortunately for me I found these guys before relocating out of town but I would recommend Sullivans auto over any mechanic in town simply for being such a compassionate group of knowledged people”

“I have had to use this body shop twice now, they have been super friendly, always met the deadline, and even worked overtime to help me fix my car before moving my son across the country. They made the process painless, all paperwork went through them and the insurance company. Mark put in overtime to help get us back on the road before my son's departure to move to Colorado. He was super helpful and very friendly.
