Finally, Ken to the rescue, phone , after doing an amazing job at digging into the situation, he realized I am just an old man worried about little details. He assured me I was fine, asked me to store his # if I need anything…..
The best part of this story is I have been doing chemo for 3 years and sometimes it’s 4-5 days before I can function. Ken made contact daily, not upset, but concerned, he wanted to help. He WAS NOT like “ how can I help you if you don’t answer?”

“My service rep's name is Kim. I had called for help before the call I made that Kim answered and the service rep put me on hold and then the call dropped. I was calling because I had reserved a storage unit at a certain rate but I later looked and the rate online had changed. I wanted to make sure the rate I selected was locked in. I could tell as soon as Kim answered the phone that the conversation was going to be pleasant. I am moving Memorial Day weekend so I have been stressed out the entire month of May with packing and reserving a truck and all the other headache causing activities that goes with moving. I am also an accountant and not a worry wart but just super analytical so I wanted to make sure I got the best rate and the right size storage unit. I went back and forth with not only facility locations but also the size of the unit. I am sure I kept Kim on the phone for an hour with all my questions and concerns. Kim took it all in stride and was patient and polite and never once got frustrated with all my wishy-washy-ness. I had called a few storage companies before SROA but I am going with SROA simply based on my experience with Kim. And, I will always go with SROA in the future and I will suggest that everyone I know to do the same.

“It was super easy to book my storage unit and when I needed to keep pushing the date back the customer service team there at the location was super helpful and very nice! The facility seems very well guarded as far as entry in and out. I have a 5 ft x 8 ft interior unit and walking into it seemed a little janky and not the most protected like the heavy steel doors you see on the outside. Makes me a tad nervous which is why I gave it four stars and not five stars. Guess we will find out! So far it's been easy breezy going in and out to move things in and I love the app. Overall very pleased and time will tell how the stability of the unit and security of the entire facility pulled out.”
