“Facility is OK. They seem to jack up their rates about every 6 months. They claim it is largely due to improvements being made. I haven't seen any improvements except maybe to their bottom line.Update: I was contacted by SpareBox Storage, and I was very pleased by their response. They worked to put me in a space better suited to my needs along with a considerable reduction in cost. Their customer care just earned them another star.”

“I called today, after calling and pricing at least 10 other places, to lease a storage unit as soon as possible. The phone was answered on the first ring, and right off the bat the customer service is unbeatable. He met me within a couple short hours to get my lease signed and show me the unit. I’m not kidding when I say this place is securely gated, incredibly clean, located in a safe area… and the monthly price for all of that is literally the best, most affordable around. I already know how lucky I got to secure a unit with Create Space Storage… the incredible ratings and reviews are spot on and well deserved, and the customer service is amazing!
