“The Pharmacist David that works here has helped me a couple times when Walgreens left me without my lifesaving medication due to insurance issues. Turns out the issue was that Walgreens juts sucks. I switched over all my meds to Optimed and I feel so much better because I know they care and would never leave me without my medication. Thanks for the peace of mind!”

“I worked at Walmart for @10 years and for most if that time, I used their pharmacy mostly out of convenience. My mother used Gull Pointe and raved about the service. I switched over @12 years ago, and they still amaze me. I have a great time interacting with the staff; they are friendly and fun to joke with. On my last trip Anthony, Brooke, Leah, Carlee, Jasmine, Moe, and Melissa did nit disappoint. I will continue to recommend your services and sing your praises while doing it. “I love the Rite Aid pharmacy! They are so helpful and really try to work with you. The moment you step up to the counter someone will stop whatever they're doing to immediately help you. I couldn't get the time of day from anyone at the Walgreens pharmacy, but the staff at this Rite Aid are the best. I've not had a single bad experience with them, and I have a lot of complicated prescriptions.”

“My husband and I moved to Kalamazoo recently. Walgreen's is conveniently located near our home so we chose it as our pharmacy. We got so lucky. This is a wonderful pharmacy. First, great parking and easy in and out. Second, it is clean. I mean open spacious well lit and CLEAN! The associates are very well trained and have excellent customer skills at check out. They are friendly and helpful. In the Pharmacy area, the staff are knowledgeable and skillful. They take time to make sure you know about your medicaltion and answer all questions. They also seem to really enjoy working their and are a real team. Very respectful of customers and of each other. There is a great and easy to use drive through for prescriptions and they attend to those customers quickly. We are so grateful to Walgreens and to their dedication to customer service. You can always find an associate to help you in the aisles and at checkout. You never have to 'go searching' for staff. Thank you for a great pharmacy and store and for all the hard work that makes you so stellar and unique. The best.”
“Everyone at this pharmacy is skilled and efficient. Even when they are a little grumpy cause they are busy (which they have every right to be. Customer service workers aren't trained monkeys here for our entainment) they still do a great job at getting medications out quick. I like them.”

“Moni was AMAZING!! I had my prescription called in to the CVS on Michigan Ave and the pharmacist told me that he couldn’t fill my prescription and they were going to have to call the doctor in the morning. Then I asked him if I had two prescriptions and he told me there was only one. I called Moni at the Target and she said there were two prescriptions and that she could fill them both for me; it was close to closing time and she called me as soon as they were ready. I will never go to a different Kalamazoo CVS...this one has my business forever. Thank you!”
“Very impressed with the lady I spoke with today. My son was prescribed a medication and Walmart was out of stock and it would take 1-2 days to get in through their order. I called Walgreens to just see if they had it. They did and this lady took down my son’s information and called over to Walmart and got his script transferred over and taken care of within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend!”

“My husband had a cardiac procedure on Thursday 4-25-24. He needed a Rx for Plavix to prevent clotting. Our home pharmacy had to order so it wouldn't have been available until more than 48 hrs after the procedure. I called Walgreens on Gull Rd. The young lady who assisted me was polite and knowledgeable. She had the Rx faxed from our pharmacy to Walgreens, called me back immediately, and we picked it up under 2 hrs! THANK YOU!”
