“I went to purchase a video at Walmart and it was marked $19.98 and in the back the same video was marked $12.98. The cashier honored the price of $12.98 since it had been marked incorrectly. I knocked off one star because I had to walk all over store to find cashier in that department. Nice cashiers. Helpful and courteous”

“My son had surgery and the surgery center sent them to the wrong Walgreens after they corrected the error our prescription was not going to be ready for my son to have his pain meds on time. I tried to explain this to one of the pharmacy workers who showed little concern for my situation and walked away before I was done talking. I called the pharmacy and they were closed for lunch so I called and asked for the store manager that happened to be JJ. He listened to my situation and told me he’d take care of it. I got a call back from JJ and he said “Your sons prescription is ready”. JJ didn’t have to care and because one of the scripts was a controlled substance my surgeon wouldn’t transfer it to another pharmacy. Thanks to JJ for his empathy and compassion.”
