Cue to the machine eating my money. I go into this Boost Mobile location and THANK GOD I ran into Jimmy! This man not only restored my service and credited what I had already paid, but he went on to fix a long term issue I've had with my microphone, replaced a screen protector professionally and was INSANELY charismatic the entire time through.
