But friendly probably tries to sell you outside of what you need , which isn't bad for most part and even work with you. Most of the phones I got came from this very location. Prices are pretty affordable I'll highly recommend. But I would call this locations store before heading there, Because you just might not know. Always safe than sorry like always.”

She is knowledgeable and has the best prices for all her merchandise. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”

“My eight year old daughter was excited to go in and buy a Roblox card on her own with her hard earned $20 only to be rudely declined by one of the female employees. I had to go in and ask why they sent my daughter out of the store crying, only to find out it was perfectly fine to sell her the card. You were so freaking rude to my daughter and I don’t appreciate that at all. I’m never going back to the store again!Update: 1-31-2023Customer service reached out to me and apologized for the issue. They told me I could come in and the owner would purchase a gift card for my daughter. I brought her in today and she was provided a $20.00 ROBLOX card for the inconvenience and the apologized to my daughter. They also provided her a free drink and donut. I am very happy with how they handled the situation and will shop there again. Their customer service is top notch!”

Originally went to the location on wayne road but the guy at the store seemed very off putting and when I mentioned what I was looking for he seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered so we left. Went to this inkster location and Q was so amazing. He was very patient and so kind to me, my brother and my lil daughter. My brother was so happy and so was I.
