“We don't have one of these nearby our home, so we made a special trip to this location. What a nice surprise! The store was very clean, well stocked and the employees that we spoke to were very helpful and pleasant. We were also impressed by the quality of brands that this store carries, from North Face all the way to an amazing selection of vintage Louis Vuitton handbags. It was a very nice visit. We will be sure to stop whenever we are in the area.”

So make that count and don't waste it on a $25 purchase.Employees are super helpful at this location, so if you live half way between this and the Westland one, choose the Livonia location.Pretty good overall, recommended.”

Right before Christmas, and the store was quite the mess. Manager said he had three workers call off at the same time. Can't run a business effectively with no staff. Felt bad for them.”

Adorable dog Christmas toys. Loved the shoe variety and prices, but unfortunately the ones I wanted weren't available in my size. Store is very clean and organized with nice staff in fitting room.”

“So much nicer since the renovation. Staff and cashier's are always on point and friendly. My only complaint is the poles on the buggies that prevent them from leaving the store. If you have a lot of bags or bulky items like paper towel or toilet paper its a bit inconvenient.”

“Got there an hour before closing; could not use fitting rooms, and the people that had greeted us as we walked into the men’s clothing area disappeared immediately not to be seen again. Shirt selection is not what it used to be! Our cashier was helpful and a really lovely lady. Usually I can find what I need in men’s clothing there and it’s a go-to, but overall this last visit was lackluster. However, my 23 yo son was thrilled that they have “dress slacks” in the super slim fit. Good thing he was wearing shorts and could sort of try the pants on over the shorts; I might have walked away in frustration otherwise. I do have to return the shirt he could not try on before purchasing.”
