“This is a great company. I used Parker's for 15 years for residential propane. They always provided excellent service at a fair price. Their drivers are very good and often were faced with tough conditions when delivering to my residence. I ultimately had natural gas installed due to it becoming available in my area but I honestly miss having Parker's as a provider. When I called to cancel, they gave no resistance. In fact, their professional crew came out and removed the tank taking great care not to damage my yard. And a couple of weeks later, I was refunded for the gas remaining in the tank. Honest, old-school customer service is so refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs propane!”

I have had to call them about my account and they are always willing do go the extra mile to accommodate me. I had a tank that was bad and they were right there and replaced with their expertise personnel. 5 Star service.”

“It just happened by chance, I have a new vehicle and was very apprehensive to go into an automated car wash. I had always seen the Jax but had never tried it out. I had some micro scratches on my hood as well that I was highly concerned with as I've been doing it myself in the spray wash. Having said that not even knowing that they were doing free car washes that day I pulled in. Again I didn't know it was free wash day so as I'm going to pay an employee ran over and said I got you. The gate lifted, I went through and after the wash was completed I pulled my car over to see how it looked. The micro scratches were gone, the car looked fantastic, and it was the best wash I've ever gotten. Maybe it's their equipment, I don't know as I'm no car wash expert but needless to say I called them same day and signed up for a membership. That premium wash was fantastic! I'm looking forward to continued success with Jax in Howell!”
