Propane in Fenton, MI

“My husband and I recently purchased a new farmhouse that had a Ferralgas tank on our land. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I was NOT impressed with Ferralgas' prices or their customer service so I opted to call somewhere local.I had an excellent experience dealing with Hamilton's Propane! They were prompt, pleasant, and super informative. Not to mention excellent with my big rottweiler baby. The woman I spoke with pulled some strings and helped us get our tank filled sooner since it's winter and we literally had zero propane in the Ferralgas tank. I can't imagine taking my business elsewhere. They are family owned and always answer the phone or any questions I may have.”

“I'm usually ahead of the game when it comes to requesting a fill for my propane tank. But this past December (2022) I slipped up and waited until my tank was lower than 20%. And then the weather forecast tanked!I called on the weekend before Christmas and was told I'd be scheduled for Friday, the 23rd. EEK! I would be at least 15% by then and the temps were plummeting and the winds rising! I started to panic, worried that trucks would not be out in the blizzard and then I'd be stuck with no propane for the arctic blast.I decided to call Suburban on Wednesday, the 21st, to see IF they could POSSIBLY deliver sooner -- after all, I'm the ONLY one that desperately needed a fill up, right?!?General Manager, Matt, answered the phone pleasantly. I calmly and politely informed him of my growing fear, as well as my concern for their drivers for the impending Friday storm.Matt was very understanding and professional while explaining that he had drivers out on extended hours and they were doing their best to take care of every customer before hell would break loose.I admitted that I may not be the MOST important customer of theirs, and that I understood they were doing the best they could. I thanked him kindly and hung up with fingers crossed.When I got home from work that Wednesday afternoon, I was amazed and ecstatic to find that Suburban had indeed filled my tank that day!!!I was so relieved and GRATEFUL that I would have enough propane (HEAT) to get me through the "blizzard" of 2022 and beyond!Thank you Matt, and Suburban Propane (Livingston County - Brighton, MI) for continually taking good care of me!”
