“A while back I didn't have insurance and I needed an antibiotic. I called Rite-Aid and they said it was $123.00. I called Walmart and they said $125.00. I called Meijer and they said it was also $125.00. I finally called Rottenbucher and they told me it would cost me $17.21 without insurance. I told them the price everywhere else gave me and even they were shocked by how much they marked up their prices. Needless to say, I will never use another pharmacy. An added bonus is how friendly and helpful everyone is. I've even called to have help with choosing OTC meds for my children that they've pulled from the shelf for me to pick up.”

“The store is clean, the floor staff is helpful & friendly and the shelves ate usually stocked pretty well. However, the checkout is always nothing short of ridiculous. Out of 28 checkout lanes the most I've ever seen open is 3 lanes being attended. There were TWELVE people with carts in my lane today. People with a cart full of groceries don't want to use the tiny self checkout, especially if you're on a time schedule or have children with them. Come on Meijer, get it together.
EDIT: Ask & you shall receive. The shop & scan & self checkout is now AWESOME & saves me SO much time, and now I can bag & organize my items as I want them, as I shop! Game changer, as is the free on line order & pickup. Thanks for listening, & providing convenience for your customer's busy lives. Nice work, Meijer ?”

“As a long time customer, I am beyond pleased with the care, service, professionalism, fairness, knowledge, kindness, honesty, organization, communication and respect for customers and each other that the pharmacist and staff here offer. They serve a diverse customer base and treat folks equally.I've never felt I couldn't ask a question and the advice is always solid. If research is needed, they get back to you in a timely manner. They provide a small town pharmacist vibe of trust and community and as others have stated, they go above and beyond.The pharmacist is accessible for interaction/medicine concerns, very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, honest and friendly. Having worked in pharmacies before, it gets hectic, stressful and the pharmacist & staff have many responsibilities to ensure safe dispensing of meds. They maintain professionalism while having a good repoire with customers.Considering they close earlier than big pharmacies, their quick response and communication with myself & my doctors' offices has been impressive. I really appreciate their delivery service, also.For all of these reasons, I'm a loyal customer. “I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with this Rite Aid until my recent vaccine appointment. The checkout staff have been friendly, courteous and helpful, the pharmacists knowledgeable and kind, and the staff administering previous vaccines informative and personable. Even the manager on duty on this day was wonderfully attentive to his customers and obviously cared about this store.I scheduled my Covid and Flu vaccine for the Friday after Thanksgiving and was very disappointed with Phil, the individual who administered the vaccine. He walked out of the pharmacy door with his nose in his cell phone and used it to gesture me into the exam room. He barely spoke to or looked at me but instead kept his eyes glued to the phone, scrolling with his fingers, throughout the process. I had to ask him to shut the door so I could pull up my clothes and expose my arms. His first swipe with the alcohol swab totally missed the area where he'd be inserting the needle so I requested he repeat it. I've rarely felt so uncomfortable with someone. Perhaps he shouldn't be the person performing this task--or maybe there should be a rule about cell phone usage when dealing with patients/customers.”
“We did the Kroger pick up and the employee was very nice and helpful as we loaded things into my car. I hate sitting there why they’re loading my car so I always get out and help. Outside the store looked nice and clean! It was a great trip! We’ll be back for sure!”

“I was forced to switch from Kroger pharmacy (Okemos) to Meijer (Bath) by my insurance company. I'm SO glad they made me switch. The people at this pharmacy are quick, friendly, very helpful in transferring rxs, and knowledgeable. I also LOVE the drive thru, especially when I'm sick so I don't expose other shoppers. Today I had a doc visit and Rx was sent in. I made 2 quick stops on my way home and Meijer had my Rx ready before I got home! Fantastic!”
“This is about the Rite Aid on Grand River in Okemos, MI. Since I heard about the Rite Aid bankrupty, and that some stores will survive but others not....Just wanted to say I hope THIS Rite Aid will stay! It is my go to Pharmacy. For all the years I've walked in there, every one has been very helpful and pleasant. Got all my covid shots there too without waiting or hassle. I love this store!!! “They actually volunteered to call my doctor and my insurance company for me to get the correct paperwork when the initial prescription was not covered by my insurance, followed through and did it on the first business day after talking to me, filled my prescription, then called me to personally let me know. The Pharmacy Tech that did all this was Samantha. Amazing, best pharmacy customer service I have seen since before the pandemic.”

“I am so impressed by the customer service as this location. I switched to CVS from Rite Aid and I'll never go back.
The pharmacy employees make an effort to assist you when there are complications with insurance, and their automatic refill option is excellent.
This is a very busy pharmacy, and a very professional one as well. I used to have great difficulty getting my medicine at Rite Aid, they'd mess it up all the time. I have never had an issue with CVS and can't express how grateful I am for making my life easier.
To all the employees in the pharmacy, thank you so much for your professionalism and attention to detail. You guys rock!!”
