“Mason T-Mobile was the best customer experience I’ve ever had. I was porting my numbers from Verizon to T-Mobile cause my service with Verizon sucked. I was even talked into dropping my $200 WoW bill for $30 home internet because I got voice lines with my internet, and they also paid my cancellation fee with WoW. I came in and was instantly Greeted, was even offered a glass of reverse osmosis water by the manager with the great mustache. I was working with someone name Omar surprisingly was the only other Omar I’ve met in my life living in Mason my whole life. I was hooked completely up, T-Mobile bought me outta my contract with Verizon and I got to keep my phone. Very polite and professional made my t-mobile experience porting over seamless as possible. 10/10 will be coming back.”

“I work from home and due to issues AT&T was having I had to change internet providers abruptly. I got everything set up over the phone and went to this location to pick up the modem. Alma, who assisted me with this noticed that the phone rep tried to include a home line in my order. The phone rep said this would be the best deal in terms of promotions, but Alma was able to take off that service I didn’t need and get us an even better price. CJ, the manager was great as well! I’d recommend this location!”

They spend the time with each customer to make sure they’re satisfied to the best of their abilities.Verizon’s corporate structure towards customer service has diminished over the years. “So I’m a pretty new customer of Everett Communications but my experience has been great! I live in the boonies and I’ve had Hughes net for the past five years just because it’s really all we could get. Evernet with Everett has been so awesome. Our internet works quickly every time we try to stream and any time we have had issues with it working slowly I just call the office and they find the tower with the best signal and connect me and then it works awesome again. I hadn’t read any reviews before we got internet through Everett as a very nice man came to our home to tell us about it. We talked about it and thought “well there is no way it’s worse than Hughes net” so we just went for it. I’m really glad we did and didn’t read the reviews because we have had a great experience so far. There is not a portal that I can check online to see how my internet is working and how much data I have but if I just give the office a call the representatives are always able to tell me whatever I want to know and to fix my issue if I have one. As far as I have experienced this is a great company. I will recommend them to anyone who lives in an area where internet accessibility is limited.”
