I haven't used this bank for long so I can't comment on its service long term yet, but from what I can tell it's a well put together credit union with employees who care about their customers.”

“The 8th St., Holland branch is the best. They are so nice and polite. I used to come through the drive through with my dog in our old convertible and when they heard that he had passed, they gave me a coffee cup with his picture on it as well as a card signed by everyone inside, it made me cry. I was so touched. I am a customer for life, they are a top-notch Credit Union. My whole family uses them for our home loans, and will not hesitate to use them in the future.”
