7887 Chrysler Dr #200, Detroit“The Michigan Humane Society Detroit location is a great location. We had a tough decision to make today for our beloved Sonic. They helped us and gave us closure as to what the cause and issues were. They walked us through every step of the way. They were patient and kind. All the ladies there, from the receptionist to the techs and the dr. They even handled a matter at the front desk ver professionally. There is no long wait. They have good practices in place to ensure everyone is safe and has their space. If we decide to have another pet, we will definitely go back there. Also, they are not money hungry like these other so-called veterinarian hospitals.”

4390 Conner St, Detroit“Love the people here. Good food and showing love to and from the community. They low income housing services, free meals, food and clothing, don't forget they have a chapel for peace and quiet”
“If you allow yourself to be in a crowd that is very angry, or filled with craving, you will consume that energy in the collective consciousness, and you will hurt yourself. That is why environment is another kind of food. As a society, we have to create the kind of environment that can help provide us with the wholesome energy of hope, peace and insight, such as the Detroit Zen temple has done.”
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
415 S Lafayette Ave, Royal Oak“Always excellent productions! Extremely talented & well cast actors! Usually accompanied by live orchestra, in the pit. Reminds me of a small Broadway Play House.”
“I'm not really sure what the picture is showing but I never been to focus hope that look like that but they do have good stuff food boxes also they give you juice and lots of cheese but other than that each Focus hope has something different so it's up to you whether you want to go to the west side or the east side”

“Absolutely beautiful community center that is warm, welcoming, and full of resources for LGBTQIA2S+ people. Extremely grateful to have such a wonderful space right in the middle of town. <3”
“My daughter has attended summer camp at the YMCA Boll center for the pass 4 years. Klark Waterman the Youth and Family Director does a phenomenal job! I would higlt recommend thos summer camp!”
“Very interesting place. The event I attended was an art exhibit. Senior artists created a plethora of art in a variety of mediums. The facility as a whole is well thought out with space for activities and personal care assistance. I was informed they offer advocate services, mentorship and community fellowship events. Parking is readily available and easy to access. I really enjoyed the event”
“Everyone was great today Feb 16. BUT I recommend signage to clients not to have their dogs interact with others in the lobby. Everyone did great explaining that in person to those they saw doing it but the employee with the blonde braids was doing too much yelling from behind the counter to clients like they are children. We are here for a service and customer service so that needs to be addressed.”
“Our family came for my daughter’s 6th birthday today. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! They gave us very clear direction on cats that might not be feeling up to interaction, and the ones who were. The facility was clean, and the cats are well taken care of (they’re very obviously loved and adored here by employees). They even had pastries for guests, and gave the kids stickers on the way out. Such kind people here!
Some of these reviews are a bit misleading, but I’m really glad that we came despite the few less than 5 star reviews.”

“An Exquisite place that's been with us for over a hundred years. Saw some short plays and a wonderful collection of Broadway Tunes curated by Sean van Schwartz. The evening included a light collection of finger foods from Lily's catering with delicious desserts made by Sue the theater creative director. They will have another great show in April so do yourself a favor and make arrangements to be there!”

“This place is a community gem.The only food bank in metro Detroit that is 100% kosher certified.Run entirely by volunteers I believe. They are dedicated and work hard and will usually go the extra mile to serve the clients.Good to know:Must sign up with them first. They have weird hours and are closed on Jewish holidays so make sure you check before you come. You can only come once a month but they really hook you up, it’s not like other food banks that give out mostly non perishables. The items they distribute vary by availability but include chicken, ground beef, cheese, baked goods from bakery, eggs, toilet paper and household goods, baby items like formula and diapers plus various produce items and non perishables.”
“I am content living here. I feel safe and secure. The building is kept clean at all times. Majority of staff is very pleasant. I love my balcony. Only thing I wish was available is an in unit washer and dryer. I hate going to laundry room. However I do highly recommend this community for seniors. I do not participate in function, but they do have plenty to enjoy.”

16121 Reckinger Rd, Dearborn“I was so excited. After years of searching, waiting I finally found the cat I knew would be a great addition to our family. I sent an application right as they opened and I called 45 minutes later. Was told the cat I wanted “Tutu” was still there and that she had didn’t need a hold placed because something along the lines of no one wanting her and her being there for a long time. I’m from Florida so definitely not used to the Michigan traffic and all of the road/lane closures…. I said id be there by 3 but because of what I already mentioned , I arrived 11 minutes late. I thought no big deal “no one wanted her” and surely I’d receive a call if anything happened… nope.. was told she’d been picked up by someone that “just walked in 10 minutes ago.. before my appointment. To say I’m distraught is an understatement. So, thanks for getting my hopes up and then shattering my heart.Update: Called me and apologized for what happened and when they got more of the snowshoe cats in, called and asked if I was still interested (I was/am). Great experience and response! Made a mistake and fixed it. I can't ask for more. Thank you ???❤️ ? ? ”
“Excellent gallery. What better way to support this organization than to head down there and pick up some art created by our local artists. Your empty walls will thank you.”

380 S Bates St, Birmingham“We had our wedding here in January 2024. The entire process was stress-free with Kassie! The day of the wedding, the entire staff was so invested in making our day special; the servers, bartenders, kitchen team, and clean up staff did an outstanding job, were detail oriented (had many guests with allergies, etc. that were all taken care of), and so polite. Should you get the hot chocolate bar at your ceremony? Yes, do it. Should you sample the creme brûlée? Absolutely. We also booked the venue for brunch the next morning, which was phenomenal. The chef made fresh cinnamon whipped cream for the waffles, it was so good!”
“today got my Butte giant bike worked on this place has me shocked and inspired… I’m 23 and have no car they had me in and out the door with my bike! Thanks for the conversations!see you for the open shop!”
“Angie absolutely went above and beyond for me this Mother's day.
While shopping there, we spotted a huge Grinch that was sold out of stores fairly quickly and has been a must have item for me for months now!
It was put away uptop and still wrapped up, waiting to be put on the floor closer to Christmas I'm assuming.
Thank you so much for pulling that item down and selling it to me early.
Like she said.. doesn't hurt to ask!
Most definitely recommend going here. Amazing customer service!!”
“A safe place for teens that are LGBTQ+ My friends and I used to meet up there and have fun! The food was always good and the staff were like family! This was 18 years ago for be though! I'm sure this still holds true!☺️ ”
