“I appreciate this pharmacy for being small and their ability to fill prescriptions fast. I have recommended them to friends in the neighborhood we live in nearby. However twice in the past month, we have had 2 separate prescriptions with wrong pill counts. That's unacceptable and alarming. I hope that whatever is going on there is fixed quickly because it would be an unfortunate inconvenience to switch pharmacies. The staff has always been professional so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone makes mistakes. But I really do not want to have to count prescriptions every time we pick them up. Our trust has been broken.”

“This is about the Rite Aid on Grand River in Okemos, MI. Since I heard about the Rite Aid bankrupty, and that some stores will survive but others not....Just wanted to say I hope THIS Rite Aid will stay! It is my go to Pharmacy. For all the years I've walked in there, every one has been very helpful and pleasant. Got all my covid shots there too without waiting or hassle. I love this store!!! Thanks to everyone who works there and is always friendly, can give advice and can find things for me. I sure hope this Rite Aid will stay where it is!!!Sylvia R”
“I switched all my family’s meds here and we absolutely love the service! I love that delivery is an option, as I have another day I have to wait for my other med to be delivered and have to sign. I worked with William before and he’s such a great person in general! It’s always so nice to chat with him and Ms Roxy has been nothing short of amazing! They truly care about their customers and I highly recommend them and have literally been telling friends to switch over! With Rite Aid closing, please call and talk to them! Great place!”

The people at this pharmacy are quick, friendly, very helpful in transferring rxs, and knowledgeable. I also LOVE the drive thru, especially when I'm sick so I don't expose other shoppers. Today I had a doc visit and Rx was sent in. I made 2 quick stops on my way home and Meijer had my Rx ready before I got home! Fantastic!”

The shop has a lovely supply of gifts, cards, and snacks as well as many over the counter medications. My doctor, a lab, and x-ray machines are all in the same building. I’m accident prone, so I’m grateful to have all of my medical needs in one location.”

“Awesome staff, faster than any other pharmacy I've ever been too on a consistent basis. Even for difficult Rx's over past decade plus neighbor office complex to my pain and rehab care/neurologist, etc. So, pain meds, added to chemo meds, anti-seizure meds,etc. Folks who have worked here have been so supportive, engaged and gave a ton of extra effort for no personal benefit. Other than in the good people who get their best reward out of helping those who are in need in the small hope a single inconsequential act may have an impact on life , or maybe even come back altogether.
