βWas very concerned about this being a small pharmacy when I transferred my prescriptions from another pharmacy but Iβve had nothing but positive experiences. The online refill process is super easy! Iβd definitely recommend them to everyone!β
βGood price, clean place, huge remodeling and modernization happening throughout meijer facilities. Uses local produces investing and patterning with local business to better serve our community. Great family legacy.β
βGood price and most of the time I get it cheaper than other places. Easy to use and assistance staff available all the time. But a lot of times busy, and they are not open 24 hours.β
βHad a great experience with the tire & battery center. One of the members (Joey) was super helpful and kind and really knows his stuff about cars. Helped me figure out somethingβs that were confirmed later at a shop and did a fantastic job on my install.β
βThe store is clean, the floor staff is helpful & friendly and the shelves ate usually stocked pretty well. However, the checkout is always nothing short of ridiculous. Out of 28 checkout lanes the most I've ever seen open is 3 lanes being attended. There were TWELVE people with carts in my lane today. People with a cart full of groceries don't want to use the tiny self checkout, especially if you're on a time schedule or have children with them. Come on Meijer, get it together.
EDIT: Ask & you shall receive. The shop & scan & self checkout is now AWESOME & saves me SO much time, and now I can bag & organize my items as I want them, as I shop! Game changer, as is the free on line order & pickup. Thanks for listening, & providing convenience for your customer's busy lives. Nice work, Meijer ?β

βWe did the Kroger pick up and the employee was very nice and helpful as we loaded things into my car. I hate sitting there why theyβre loading my car so I always get out and help. Outside the store looked nice and clean! It was a great trip! Weβll be back for sure!β
βI was forced to switch from Kroger pharmacy (Okemos) to Meijer (Bath) by my insurance company. I'm SO glad they made me switch. The people at this pharmacy are quick, friendly, very helpful in transferring rxs, and knowledgeable. I also LOVE the drive thru, especially when I'm sick so I don't expose other shoppers. Today I had a doc visit and Rx was sent in. I made 2 quick stops on my way home and Meijer had my Rx ready before I got home! Fantastic!β
βThis is about the Rite Aid on Grand River in Okemos, MI. Since I heard about the Rite Aid bankrupty, and that some stores will survive but others not....Just wanted to say I hope THIS Rite Aid will stay! It is my go to Pharmacy. For all the years I've walked in there, every one has been very helpful and pleasant. Got all my covid shots there too without waiting or hassle. I love this store!!! Thanks to everyone who works there and is always friendly, can give advice and can find things for me. I sure hope this Rite Aid will stay where it is!!!Sylvia Rβ
βI found the staff and Pharmacist very helpful. The prices were very reasonable compared to the other places we went. They went beyond our expectations with helping us. I am very impressed with the care they also gave to my mom. Itβs hard to find business that takes so much time and care of their customers now days. This will be our whole family pharmacy now.β

βGreat Rite Aid location. Nice selection of merchandise however the friendly and helpful employees, both on the retail and pharmacy side are made this location a great one.β
βThis is the most wonderful pharmacy! They really take the time to answer questions, and will mail you your prescriptions. I got the Moderna vaccine here, and the NP gave me water, and everyone on the staff repeatedly asked how I was doing.β

βThe pharmacists here are kind and friendly. Iβm always delighted to say hello when I visit my doctor, even if I donβt have a prescription to refill. The shop has a lovely supply of gifts, cards, and snacks as well as many over the counter medications. My doctor, a lab, and x-ray machines are all in the same building. Iβm accident prone, so Iβm grateful to have all of my medical needs in one location.β
βThe pharmacist is friendly and knowledgeable and will take time to answer any questions you might have. Prescriptions are filled/delivered quickly. Every experience I've had with this pharmacy has been outstanding.β

βI went to Walgreens on jolly and cedar and everyone was terrible. Here at Walmart everyone is layed back and willing to help until any problem you're having is fixed. They actually care.β

βExceptional service at the fast checkout line. I was using whatever was left on my EBT card, and the system beeped because I didn't have enough (I was prepared to use my credit card for the rest). A Kroger employee came by immediately and helped me with the error code and then put down some daily discounts that they could find. I was a bit embarrassed, because I hoped he didn't feel he had to apply the discounts because I was using EBT (for lower income individuals). I had enough to pay for the rest with my other card. But I appreciated the discounts and fast service nonetheless!β
βI had to make a Kroger run today to complete my list of ingredients for cooking for the holiday. During checkout, I ran into a few technical user problems. Jay, a female employee working at the self-checkout stations was AMAZING. There was someone else working the 6 stations that I was at but she was occupied with sometihng so Jay came over to help me since no one was in need of assistance at the 6 stations she was at. Jay went from my 6 stations back over to hers helping people out. She was quick, knowledgable about the computer systems functioning, polite, thoughtful, and she smiled while she helped me. I have not experienced anyone as pleasant as her during my self-checkout experiences other places. If she is not a manager, she should certainly be trained for a management position as she possesses the abilitiy to train others to be as effective as she demonstrated today. Keep up the great work Jay, you made my day and I noticed your skills. I hope Kroger notices them too. You are a hard worker. Thank you for your help today. ;)β

βNice and easy place to shop at. Too many parking spaces. But it's just the right sized store. Need more international variety ans some local produce. Otherwise, it a great store.β
βFound this chain while price shipping years ago. My medication ranged from $1,500-3k+ every month at major chains like CVS, and Central was able to fill it under $60 every month for years. They've been my pharmacy through switching doctors, moves, genders, etc. I've had a few issues in the last year, but if I was more organized and on top of things I probably would've been able to catch errors beforehand instead of running out of things because of mistakes on their part. My doctor writes 28day scripts, and it used to be a regular argument to get them refilled before 31 days or whatever. Now I write my dates down and call when it's due regardless, so I don't run out of something because I got the wrong tech on the phone.β
βThe staff here go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and take care of your needs. I had to get a COVID test of a certain type to get into a conference in 3 days and they went the extra mile to help me. Mr. Blny is the Pharmacy Manager and he is awesome!β
