“My experience was absolutely awesome! I had a great time with my coworkers and our teacher Allison was an absolute GEM. Dying the items only requires your open mind (no artist talent necessary ???) . Allison was there to help as much or as little as we wanted. All the dye colors choices were beautiful and endless. The shop is very cute and there's plenty of items you'll want to buy for yourself as well as inspiration when dying your own items. Pickup was a breeze as well and Tammy was a joy during this time. She was great to speak with. It's always fun to have fun, but what puts the cherry on top is being able to give back to the community while doing it. I can safely speak on my groups behal and say a great time was had by all. I know a few people in my group have been there multiple times and I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great time.”

“I called ahead multiple times and came to the store multiple times after being told my order was ready, only to be told after I arrived that my order is still not here. The order is now 17 days old, and we still do not know where my order is. However, the manager today went out of her way to offer me options. She even offered to personally drive the order to my house once they found it since I lived close, which of course I declined but it was kind of her to even offer something like that. Luckily we found the item happened to be in stock in the store, so she was able to just pull it out of stock and give it to me. I appreciate her going out of her way to help me, and I think her customer service should be applauded. I apologize I didn’t get her name, but hopefully the company will recognize her from the date and location of this review. If she sees this, thank you again for setting this right for me!”

This store carries beautiful merchandise, beautifully setup store, and the staff is always extremely accommodating and friendly. This store is definitely worth checking out!”

“We were out and about doing some brunchin' and shoppin' in the city. We prefer to shop the boutique shops and so many new places have opened up in the city. Girl Boss caught my attention for the name of course! lol We were greeted right away by an employee who showed us around. There are so many unique outfits, shoes, and accessories in the boutique. I was out shopping for gifts and I have a few fashionistas on my list. I found the coolest slippers! If you are in the area and looking to explore the city's top boutiques, Girl Boss is a must stop for you.”
“Had a really nice experience at the Hot Topic in Macomb Mall! The employee Giovanni was absolutely amazing and fabulous super helpful, kind, and genuinely wanted to assist me. Even though the anime selection was pretty disappointing (it felt like everything else was prioritized over anime), Giovanni made the visit worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back just for him. He was truly a standout!
That said, Hot Topic really should focus more on anime and not push it aside for other trends. There’s a huge community of anime fans who would love to see it better represented in-store!”

The clerk that helped me was so friendly and pleasant to chat with, the store was clutter free and the selection was awesome, my friends had been telling me about K&G for years but I hadn't had the opportunity to go there until now, their one of my favorite go to store now.”

He noticed my daughter wanted to walk out in her new shoes so he gave us a bag for her old shoes and cut the tags off the new ones. His kindness made my day!”

“I would like to share my experience on a recent trip to Faircloth Boutique. Diane Schoenith (she & hubby own The Roostertail ) were having lunch at Marrow and walked across the street. We had such a wonderful afternoon trying on different outfits. Diane a size 6-8 and me 14-18 found the best finds! We were offered water and made to feel so welcome. She left with slacks and a pencil skirt… and I found a fabulous coat I am wearing to Paris in a week. So delighted to find this “gem” in the D. Will definitely be back…thank you.

“Part of the Peacock Room group that has more casual clothing. Younger vibe but same wonderful service. While I think they need to stock up on the larger sizes since they do run out of those but they were able to order my new book dress in a size I needed. Chest requires a larger size than my bottom half. The prices reflects the quality and American made clothing. Service is personal and great. I stop back every few months to see what new items they have.”
