Girl Boss caught my attention for the name of course! lol We were greeted right away by an employee who showed us around. There are so many unique outfits, shoes, and accessories in the boutique. “Shopping online is so much different than having human interaction. So, when I couldn't find an item online I was looking for I called this store to check to see if they had it and I spoke with DeShonne, the store manager, on the phone and she was lovely. Not only did she go above-and-beyond to locate the item that wasn't in stock at her store, she called around for me, found it and had them hold it for me at the other location where I went and picked it up. Now that is really unheard of nowadays in this cruel cruel world that we live in but people like Shonne give me hope that there is still kindness out there. Thank you Shonne! See you again soon!”

“Part of the Peacock Room group that has more casual clothing. Younger vibe but same wonderful service. While I think they need to stock up on the larger sizes since they do run out of those but they were able to order my new book dress in a size I needed. Chest requires a larger size than my bottom half. The prices reflects the quality and American made clothing. Service is personal and great. I stop back every few months to see what new items they have.”

Rose and Sterose International Boutique are fantastic!My husband and I were attending our first traditional Nigerian wedding (Friday August 12) and on Thursday August 11th we needed our outfits ASAP! I Googled the top African clothing stores in the Detroit area and Sterose was one of the places with the highest ratings. What really caught my eye was how consistently customers raved about the owner, Rose's wonderful customer service and customer care. We were not disappointed.First I called to make sure that the shop was in fact open, and when I did not get an answer I left a message. I was quite pleasantly surprised when shortly after my call she called me back! I was impressed already. She said she stepped out but would be back and agreed to contact me when she was on her way.When we arrived we immedately felt welcome.
