“7 year old compact SUV. Bought this when my first kid was born, now the oldest of 2. To say the inside was trashed would be an understatement. The car seats had never been removed. The outside had lots paint from rubs on the garage entry (wasn't me). The car was nearly unrecognizable when I picked it up. Love these folks.”

“I don't typically write reviews, but decided I needed to because these guys did such a good job. We bought a car for my daughter as a birthday present, 2000 VW Beetle. It needed a lot of TLC, since it was scratched, dirty, and had a terrible odor. So I took it to Sterling (aka Wikstam) to get it detailed inside and out because the local Ford dealer recommended them. I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond what I expected. They got out the terrible musty smell with a special ozone treatment, buffed out a number of scratches in the paint, cleaned the inside top to bottom, and most surprisingly even painted the spoiler in the back that most of the paint had flaked off of. Needless to say my daughter was crazy for the car when she got it. If you want your car detailed go here.”
“Take it from me a connoisseur of car washes(I really am! I love to chill and clean out the ride in between deliveries) this place is always clean and accessable. One of the last self service washes under $2!”

“I called Mugg and Bopps in Dexter to see if they could retrieve an old receipt that was over a month old. I talked with Angie, Site Manager, and she was very helpful. She called me back within minutes and was able to email me the receipt, which her office found. Angie provided excellent customer service.”

“This drive through car wash did a great job! At many other car washes my car comes out subpar but this one got every single part of my car completely clean! I'm super impressed. The talk of the town is that the owner is a really nice guy. I'm happy someone came in and revamped the systems here so I can get a wash locally.”

“Nothing but good things to say about this car wash! Purchased their 2nd cheapest wash for $14.99 and my car was extremely salty and icy. Had zero issues and my car was very clean after. Not sure why all the bad reviews about the rear of the car. I have a hatchback which are notoriously hard to clean in an auto car wash and it came out cleaner than expected. Will be buying the monthly membership!”
“I wish I'd gotten the mans name who was working when I came in but he is always fantastic. He puts real elbow grease into spraying your car down and I've never had any other car wash care or put that much effort in. Most places do the bare minimum of what's required but this guy really went above and beyond. I didn't catch his name but I came in on Monday, Sept. 11th at 5:30. I hope he gets some credit he truly deserves it!”

“I am so relieved that the new owners of this shop seem to be continuing to provide the same great service. For years I brought all our cars here and was concerned when it was sold. However, I've stopped in twice now and both times received really great service from DEVON. The first time, I merely pulled in because I was concerned that the check engine light had come on. Devon used the gauge to get the diagnostic read-out. Then he checked several things. Saying he isn't a certified mechanic, he gave a guess as to the problem. 1) He didn't have to bother with any of this. He could have just sent me on my way. 2) His diagnosis was spot on! My mechanic confirmed it. My second time in was for an oil change - done efficiently, professionally, and with a smile. That last is MOST appreciated. Management: Please commend Devon!”
