“We had a good experience working with Doug. I called and left a message, and he called me back later that day; they were able to fit me in within a week ahead of a trip with the family in July. Dropped off around 8:30am and I picked up at about 4:45pm. Overall they did a great job and managed to get some chlorinated pool water stains out of the seats, which are still not noticeable even a week or so later.”

“This review is about their car detailing service- not the car wash.I had been hesitant to go here with the bad reviews that I read but they helped me with a problem that another car detailer was unable to resolve.I had a coolant leak and the carpet on the driver's side was soaked with it. I made an appointment online which was easy to do and took it in for them to shampoo the front rows for $40. I didn't follow their directions afterwards (run the heat on the floor for a few hours) and it still had coolant in it. I took it back a few weeks later, they shampooed it again, no extra charge. They again emphasized the need to run the heat on it. I did that and it resolved the problem. I would go back here for a full detail.”

“Great place to get your car washed. We had a membership for years. Now we just pay each visit. The facility equipment is always updated and the staff friendly. It's always very busy during rush hour and on the weekend. There's always a line out the drive. I took away one star because it's on the expensive side.”

“7 year old compact SUV. Bought this when my first kid was born, now the oldest of 2. To say the inside was trashed would be an understatement. The car seats had never been removed. The outside had lots paint from rubs on the garage entry (wasn't me). The car was nearly unrecognizable when I picked it up. Love these folks.”
