Like the sign says, Square Deal!My wife had an Escape we bought from Chris and his wife, who better to buy a vehicle than from your own mechanic that you trust? What was his wife's vehicle became my wife's and it never let us down. I drove a lot of Econoline E250 work vans over the years, used, mostly around 15 years old. Chris and I had a running joke when he would call me after diagnosing what ever problem there was..."Well Mark, its gonna be $950 bucks," he would say.Then I would laugh and he would laugh and both say, "Its always $900 bucks!"Of course, the actual price varied between $850 and $1250 on those sort of services. “They are gentlemen and very caring, I am disabled and could not drop my truck off without calling a taxi which is a 1/2 mile away from my home and the owner drove me home and after the truck was done he delivered my truck to me to my home and never charged me a dime. (Who does that these days?) They have fixed 2 of my friends cars and 2 of mine. The prices for each vehicle were lower than any place’s I have been in all of Detroit area, there not out to gouge you or take advantage, they do a honest days work on all of the vehicles I have given them and also they would call you about existing problems that would occur if not taken care of right then and there. They are all about safety first and the welfare of a human being driving that vehicle. They have become my lifelong mechanic from here on. (Custom Built Sept 2020 and Delivered to Me from Kentucky on October. 22, 2020, Desert Gold.My SUV was serviced for its 1st oil change and tire rotation on 11/9/2021...Thank You Jordan Watson, Advisor at check in. Then 2nd for a minor part recall that was also given attention in less than an hour by David Lulewicz, Advisor so again Thank You! My 3rd service appointment was for a nail in my back right tire which was a two day call ahead to get in Quick for the removal and service check. Thank goodness it was small and no damage to my tire and no replacement needed. I'm glad to have signed up for the Ford tire protection plan when I leased my SUV back in October 2020. It's a great option package and is worth the feature especially for Michigan Roads.Appointments are needed for timing purposes with friendly service attention. After completion a customer as myself is highly satisfied!There's always a Hello greeting at check in, then the easy paperwork. A porter will cover my steering wheel plus seat and floor with a plastic shield to prevent grease or oil from the service tech's hands.Free Car Wash is also given when vehicle service is completed. Nice ! I posted photos on how clean and well maintained the customer service lobby and waiting room is as well. Free Water and Coffee and TV viewing. This one came with great BBB rating as well as overall reviews that were outstanding. Down side is that trans repair IS costly. But if I have no further issues then the outlay is worth it. The mechanic CHRIS told me that even though he didn't have the tire size at the moment, he could order one for me within 2 hrs. He also gave me a very good price for the tire and I took the offer.
