“I called here bc once again trying to get Progressive roadside assistance to arrange a tow was a fruitless two hour ordeal. I was quoted 30 minutes, then was updated to ten, I believe he showed up even sooner. The service tech was very professional, friendly and patient given it was freezing out and I had three young kids with me. They only allowed 1 person at a time to go in the yard but she must have seen my face because when I told my brother-in-law when he arrived, she allowed both of us to go in.
