“I had a trip upcoming and discovered that my two front tires were toast and had uneven wear. It was an EV tire and the stock is sometimes difficult for these tires however Aaron was able to overnight them down from the London store (a good reason to use a store that has a big footprint) and I was able to get in next day to swap and redo the alignment. The tech even came to get me to show me what I already knew regarding the uneven wear. They had me on my way in no time with up front all in pricing. I have my new tire shop for sure!”

Truck is a little to big for their lift and he told me that right away but he still sat on the phone and offered some helpful knowledge just to help me make sure what the issue is .. so many companies if they don't get ur business just want to hang up and get on with the next one but he was actually helpful and willing to talk with me even though he knew my truck was just a little to big for what I need him to do !!! “Always great service! Got my oil changed again from them. I also asked them to see if they could figure out why I intermittently get a check engine light, but my car had already flushed out the code. So, because my car decided to not show any issues, even after they took it for a few test drives, including in the rain, and everything otherwise seems fine, they didn't charge me anything for that. I was advised that if it comes on again, bring it back at that time if possible, and leave it running to preserve the code. Very happy with that.”
