“I've taken my 2013 explorer here several times. It's a Ford and over 10 years old, so more often than I'd like.I find their service very professional and honest. The quotations system is top tier. It's all electronic, with all parts of the quote broken down with pictures and price. You select what you would like fixed and approve.They have even told me which items aren't a priority for now, and what can wait for later, which I really appreciate. I've never felt they are adding on just to generate business.I have recommended them to friends, who have been equally satisfied!”

They were extremely nice and helpful, we know nothing about cars and they helped us and saved us $200. I'd recommend coming here, the only bad part is their hours aren't too great.”

“I came in for front brakes and rotors. I also had an engine light on that another mechanic told me the code was reading that I needed a new catalytic converter. The catalytic converter repair at minimum would have been $1,500. I also asked Mike to check my AC and recharge it if need be. He told me the cost to have my AC recharged. He kept in contact as he went through each repair. He informed me that the code for the engine was a recall with Chevy and that I needed to take it to the dealership, and also told me that my AC was fine and that I did not need to have it recharged. I appreciate the honesty as a woman taking a car into a mechanic shop by myself. He was honest, respectful, timely, and very professional!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone.
