“I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I've had an ongoing issue with all four of my tires always being low and having to add air to them. I took it to the company where I bought them (no need to name them) and they wanted to charge me $20 a tire to address the issue. With winter coming I had to resolve my tire issue. I was prepared to buy 4 new tires, and I almost did at Discount Tire!!!! Thankfully, I called Belle Tire on a Saturday and Joe and suggested I just come in so they can take a look at my tires. They helped me right away and told me that my tires still had life and that they could address my issue of having to constantly put air into my tires. Joe was awesome and provided me updates. I am happy to say... they resolved my tire issue! They could have sold me 4 new tires but instead they resolved my issue and charged me nothing!!!! Note: these are tires that I did not purchase at Belle Tire. I highly recommend Bell Tire and Joe!!!”

“This was over 2 years ago, however I still think about it to this day. Basically I went to patch a tire air leak where I had found a nail. The nice gentleman had informed and showed me that infact I had two nails in my tire and even asked if I had enemies (I still believe it was a fluke). When I asked him how much for the two patches and the refill he said "You're good to go and there's no charge". Unfortunately this isn't a review about a paid service but I'm no longer in the area.”

“About a year ago my GMC Acadia was hit in a parking lot. I chose to take it to Betten Baker in Grandville and from start to finish, it was a great experience. Amanda was great to work with and kept me updated by email on the progress until it was finished and ready to be picked up. Jump ahead to this year....my daughter had an accident with the same vehicle. Because of my great experience with Betten last year, I looked up my emails with Amanda and reached out to see if they could fix it again. Again, Amanda and the team did such a great job from the estimate all the way to the finish line. The car looks brand new once again and we are hoping it stays that way for a while! Thanks again to Amanda and the rest of the team for two great experiences. Let's hope there's not a third but if there is, I will definitely be returning to Betten Baker. Thanks, Randy”

“So, I drive a FIAT. It's the 500e. I didn't buy it at Zeigler. We trailered it home from Chicago, because with an 85 mile range ... well, you know.I had contacted Zeigler before we brought it home to make sure they service them. FCA didn't even want to sell them so I wanted to make sure I had a local place to take it when something went wrong. I know cars well enough, but EVs? I'd be lost without help.From the first time I brought my car to their service department for warranty work, the whole staff has been great. Cam and the crew have been friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. While I wait I get to look at the Alfa Romeos and Maseratis. Did I mention I drive a FIAT? And yet the sales staff is always warm and conversational. Fact. I have more dealerships and service centers that I refuse to ever do business with again than I have those that I like. I arrived early in hopes that they could get to it earlier if possible (no rush otherwise). When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment and likely no tires in stock. Operator error (that's me)! I pulled up the reservation on my computer and hadn't CONFIRMED the appointment or order. That's on me!!!They worked me into the schedule and found the tires that I had meant to reserve.One last point, they were absolutely short staffed.
