“About a year ago my GMC Acadia was hit in a parking lot. I chose to take it to Betten Baker in Grandville and from start to finish, it was a great experience. Amanda was great to work with and kept me updated by email on the progress until it was finished and ready to be picked up. Jump ahead to this year....my daughter had an accident with the same vehicle. Because of my great experience with Betten last year, I looked up my emails with Amanda and reached out to see if they could fix it again. Again, Amanda and the team did such a great job from the estimate all the way to the finish line. The car looks brand new once again and we are hoping it stays that way for a while! Thanks again to Amanda and the rest of the team for two great experiences. Let's hope there's not a third but if there is, I will definitely be returning to Betten Baker. Thanks, Randy”

“Want to give a big shout-out to the Grandville service team (Joseph & Robert).Was scheduled for a 10am tire service. I arrived early in hopes that they could get to it earlier if possible (no rush otherwise). When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment and likely no tires in stock. Operator error (that's me)! I pulled up the reservation on my computer and hadn't CONFIRMED the appointment or order. That's on me!!!They worked me into the schedule and found the tires that I had meant to reserve.One last point, they were absolutely short staffed.
