I waited in the cold for them because they went to the wrong address. He told me to text him the address. Also he said that I could keep my battery, but when I tried to come pick it up, no one would answer the phone.

You cannot get a better case wash for the money. Compare them to Mr. Mister and you'll understand. A lot better.... And cheaper!
