“First time I ever blew a tire and it was pretty scary. The first company I called wanted to charge me over $200 and told me it would be over an hour wait. I called Grand Valley next. They were there within 15 minutes and Justin who came and changed my tire was professional and thoroughly explained what I needed to do to stay safe while driving on my spare. I should also mention that the dispatcher that actually took my call was also extremely helpful.”
“I don’t normally leave reviews but this ABSOLUTELY deserves one! Unfortunately, my day started with a car that didn’t start! (Krike! One of those days!!)So I called Mercedes Roadside assistance & they proceeded to send someone out to help… the first “assistance” arrived w/ a mini van who had to call me to figure out how to start the car manually (ie. car has push button start, so I explained how to pull off the cover & insert key) any way… he attempted to jump start the car w/ a 4 cylinder minivan …after 20 minutes, my car still wouldn’t turn over … he proceeded to say that he couldn’t do anything more and to call Mercedes Roadside assistance again and drove away.Now the good part! I called Mercedes Roadside assistance once again… and they once again dispatched another company to help…. HOWEVER, this time, I was lucky enough to get H-D Recovery Towing & Roadside assistance! From the first time I talked to them over the phone, I immediately knew things were going to be OK! My towing driver knew more than I could have ever asked!!! From the opening conversation, to the time I met him in my driveway, I felt at ease! Thank you Sam!! I don’t know your last name but I am soooo appreciative for your kindness and care!! Thank you!If anyone needs assistance w/ their vehicle, I highly recommend them! Ask for Sam!”

“I got my mini van stuck in a snowbank off the road today after sliding on ice. After waiting hours for our insurance roadside assistance to show up , just to have them cancel, we started calling other tow companies. Berry’s & Gillikin’s could be there the fastest (within 30 minutes) and Justin did a fantastic job. He was able to pull me out safely and efficiently. Thank you!”

“The first person I met in the shop was the "hitch guy", which was awkward and uncomfortable. You would think that front desk people (or whoever is manning the desk at the time) should at least greet guests or ask them why they are there but I'm pretty sure I just stood there before asking him for service. When the lady came in, everything went smooth and the move we had went without a problem.The truck we used in comparison to other ones we rented SUCKED, and to be specific, the acceleration, creakiness, and overall shape. However, in all fairness, everything worked out and we were not charged any sneaky or unfair charges.”

Chef Gülnaz and his team at the snack bar are wonderful people, I thank them very much for their attention ????? Chef Gılnaz is very friendly, very polite and friendly, and we were very pleased with how he introduced the hotel to us. Under the management of Gülnaz chef, it is different.
