“I needed a Flatbed tow recently from Rockford to Detroit, to get my vehicle to a performance shop for an engine replacement. I called and spoke to Krista for a quote and scheduling, and she was extremely helpful in communicating between myself and the driver to set up a day/time-frame.The driver showed up on time, was careful loading and securing my car, and made sure to confirm with me that someone would be at the delivery location to receive/unload it. He even went above and beyond to make sure that the shop owner knew that I was going to be there a bit later in the day to sign paperwork (I had made initial arrangements to meet him in Detroit to unload the vehicle, but had to change plans last minute due to a work meeting).I'm very appreciative that Nelson's carefully and securely transported my vehicle over such a distance.
