It's leisurely and quiet, but it's a very old hotel.

Stayed here while attending the festival at belknap park. Good breakfast.

Staff and location was great.
Toilet didn't flush when I first got there and I had to switch rooms. The renovations aren't pleasant to stay through but I'm sure it'll be better once they're done.
