Living here has be overall a good experience. There were a few things that needed to be fixed since I’ve been living here but when a maintenance request is put in someone is there so fast. Parking is probably the only thing that is really hard to deal with at this apartment complex.

The place is pretty chill but also cheap most things in the apartment are cheaply made. They fall apart quickly which requires you to have multiple maintenance calls which maintenance and current management are fine but not worth the calls.

I lived at Fulton Place for a short period while I was househunting, and my experience was phenomenal. The staff was great, the apartment was modern and the entire building was clean. Excellent experience!
