“Me and my boyfriend lived here for a year and loved it! The pool and fitness facility are great amenities to have. Our apartment was beautiful with up to date appliances. The office staff has always been kind and extremely helpful!The only complaint I have is that we could hear everything in the apartment above us from the TV to the dog barking all night. This is very common with apartments though, it is extremely hard to find one that you cannot hear neighbors.We will miss living here!”

She is a great property manager! “Adam's Park Apartments is surprisingly calm and courteous. I've been living here for six years and I think it's the best place I've ever been. The only complaint I may have is that the housing commission requires routine checks of each individual apartment although forewarning is given. Usually about a week in advance. Also, the main smoke detectors in the hallways seem to be easily activated and then there's about a 15 minute wait for the whole place to finally shut up. ? That happens about once a month. The inspections are I think once every six months? Other than those two things this place is great. I'm really glad I took the time to fill out some damn paperwork for one of the best places I've ever lived.”

“This is my forever home! Everyone has been so helpful since I moved in in August of 2023! The office staff have been exceptionally informative about what ever I may need from maintenance . They have been very prompt and polite in all my requests! I have and will recommend this place to all I meet!”

“We absolutely love our life at Fulton Place. After living here for 6 months, I can confidently recommend this building. Management and maintenance have both been professional, friendly, timely and easy to work with. We've only had minor things that needed to be fixed, everything has been in quality shape. We appreciate the secure package room, locked entrance on nights and weekends, and locked elevator/stairwell at all times. We feel safe and secure here! The environment is friendly and welcoming, very clean - and we have been thankful of the COVID policies of this property. Close proximity to GVSU, downtown, food, bus lines, bridge street market. Beautiful windows, nicely sized bathrooms, in-unit laundry, up to date appliances, plank flooring, what isn't to love? Parking and the windows not opening are the only two drawbacks but we quickly got used to both and love living here.”

“First of all I like Living here at woodfield Apts I did live here years ago and never had a problem. But now things change. I work nights always have. And can’t come home and rest it’s always letters Comming in the mail for something it’s been very stressful here lately. I only have one night off and that’s saturdays so things could be worked out differently I always payed my rent. Sometimes pay always doesn’t fall on the day of but it does always gets paid. Plus the late fees but everyone has other bills as well rent is outrages these days. Thank you for under standing me. And that’s my review. And some of the fees should be waved. According to peoples work schedules thank you for understanding.”

“We love this place so much. They were so friendly when we came to tour the apartment all the way to now where we have lived in our apartment for a few months.The apartments are spacious and the balconies are so large with a great view. Two pools makes for a great summer swim and the lake makes for a great view! It's tucked back away from the main road too so there isn't really any traffic noise!They have always answered all our questions super quickly and thoroughly and anything we have needed it's been super easy to get addressed.It's a great place to live and we don't see ourselves moving any time soon!”
