“Our business is 25 employees and growing. User easy is basically our I.T. department. They have set up licensing company email structure and repairs on Microsoft windows 11 for us. Paolo can do remotes and is VERY personable when he makes his calls on the office in the flesh! Its great to have him in person because he cleans up old stuff as he goes and sets things up how you like them VERY QUICKLY. Teresa is friendly and great at scheduling. She calls me back quickly, 95% of the time its within a few hours and she has moved things around to get us scheduled immediately with an emergency situation. Prices are fair and billing is straight forward. $95.00 minimum for diagnostic and repairs. Worth it!”

I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.”

“I didn't realise that I needed an appointment, Bill looked at my printer anyway. Found what the problem was an ordered the part. When the part came in I scheduled an appointment with him. I spent less that $100 dollars in getting my printer fixed. Was expecting it to cost a whole lot more.He spent less then an hour repairing it. I highly recommend him.”

“They're pretty good ... once you have a repair scheduled but their security (why do you have security?) and automated phone system treats you as sub-human unless you are there explicitly to purchase a new product, or pick up/drop off a repair product. NO other questions are allowed, NO other people will be given thought or consideration. There's several computer repair stores down the road which are usually the same price and provide much better service.”
