“I was reading the reviews specific to “employees”. Out of six reviews, only one was negative. Everywhere I go that shops are short on qualified staffing I hear the same thing:“Finding (good) employees is still a challenge”. It doesn’t appear to be a problem here (unless they shipped ppl in from other locations for a couple weeks so they could open). Yea for Carhartt! Others should take heed from this location and change hiring practices, perhaps? Something worked here. Ask questions.((Apologies to Carhartt for using your site for an example. “Love this shop! I went in with my jogger stroller and although it was tight, I was able to maneuver throughout most of the store. I like that they have books and other items I may not find in every store and the staff is always so helpful! Some items are a bit overpriced however I would rather spend the money here than at a big store.”

“I go out of my way to come to this location instead of Grandville location.Clean store, plenty of selection and friendly employees! I get store credit and use it towards my purchases, and they have great coupons if you use their rewards, lots of times I’ll get 25% on top of it. It’s convenient to bring clothes my kids grew out of, and switch for clothes they need!Only complaint is that they upcharge for name-brand clothes and I think it’s unnecessary.”
