Many long-term subscribers appreciate the easy subscription service, clean and new equipment like the rollers, and the generous application of soaps and waxes. However, some longtime customers feel the quality has gone down while the cost has gone up. Specific criticisms include that workers often do not pre-rinse the front grill or spray the car off before it enters the wash.
