“I contacted this business to do a thorough cleaning , waxing and buffing of my RV exterior. I was out of town when they did the job and when I returned there was one side of the RV that had some fly p*** on it that still remained. I called the technician, Matt, and he was out the very next day at 7:30am to rectify the problem. I appreciate a business who listens to their customers and wants to do great work. “I can’t say enough good things about Morales. A neighbor backed into my truck just 3 weeks before we leave for the winter. I got estimates the next day from recommended body shops but they were scheduling weeks out. So I decide to try other shops. Morales is a neighborhood shop and highly reviewed so I went there first. Jose Morales gave me an estimate and said he could get it done fast. He worked with the neighbor’s insurance to expedite the claim and GOT IT DONE. Yes, it was the day before we left, but the body work is flawless and only a minor glitch in the trailer hook up plug that he repaired in 10’. Jose also told me that if any problems should arise in our winter travel that I should save the receipts so he could get them paid when we get back. He also made a follow call to me after I picked up the truck to make sure all was ok. Nice!”

I bought from them a couple times and one of the cars I got from them had an issue with the transmission and they helped direct to one of their business partners who helped me out.I understand that they are not selling new cars don’t have control over some things but what they do have control over is their ability to serve. “Called a couple days in advance and lined up a total interior detailing. They explained the process and the cost. When I arrived I told the guy out front I was here for an appointment and he directed me inside to check in at the front desk and I handed over my keys and they said they’d call me when it was done. IDK if a regular external washing is included but my car was cleaned both inside and out which was a pleasant surprise. I was very impressed with the results. I had A LOT of dog hair in that car. In fact A LOT is an understatement. I knew going in they wouldn’t likely get every single hair but I will testify they got 99.99% of them and that’s going to have to be good enough. They shampooed all the upholstery and cleaned all the cracks and crevices. It’s been 4 hours since I picked up my car and I still haven’t found an area they missed or skimped on. My front passenger seat had some minor stains and discoloration and that’s all gone. The car interior looks darn near show room new.Also had a blast exploring Breton Village while I waited. Fun way to spend a beautiful Friday afternoon.Services: Auto detailing”
