“I just moved in 4 weeks ago and I was having trouble with a lot of things like the portal and doing my paperwork but Mac and Trish were wonderful just jumped right into help me out anytime I go in there to ask for something they're right there to help me wonderful people here the management I'll work with maintenance today and I'll know more about them today but overall everything is wonderful here”

“My family moves here almost a month ago. We could not be more happy with our choice to make Westown our home! We have the 2 bed 2 bath, and it has so much space in kitchen! The walk in closets are amazing and big! The master shower is a walk in and the gym any day everyday all day access is so worth it!!! Not to mention the pool and hot tub ? I also have to say, Rachel in the office has been so helpful, answers all my questions and I just could not be more happy!!! Love love love our new home ? ?”

“Right from the beginning Jessica made it a welcoming experience. She had a lot of patience and took me back to each of the apartments because I forgot to take pictures. I loved that it is a gated community with great amenities. The layout of the apartment is amazing!! If you like to cook or bake, the kitchen is very accommodating. My favorite part was the welcome gift that Jessica had in the apartment. I was still anxious and apprehensive the day I moved in but when I saw that I knew I had made the right choice.”

“We absolutely love our life at Fulton Place. After living here for 6 months, I can confidently recommend this building. Management and maintenance have both been professional, friendly, timely and easy to work with. We've only had minor things that needed to be fixed, everything has been in quality shape. We appreciate the secure package room, locked entrance on nights and weekends, and locked elevator/stairwell at all times. We feel safe and secure here! The environment is friendly and welcoming, very clean - and we have been thankful of the COVID policies of this property. Close proximity to GVSU, downtown, food, bus lines, bridge street market. Beautiful windows, nicely sized bathrooms, in-unit laundry, up to date appliances, plank flooring, what isn't to love? Parking and the windows not opening are the only two drawbacks but we quickly got used to both and love living here.”

“Adam's Park Apartments is surprisingly calm and courteous. I've been living here for six years and I think it's the best place I've ever been. The only complaint I may have is that the housing commission requires routine checks of each individual apartment although forewarning is given. Usually about a week in advance. Also, the main smoke detectors in the hallways seem to be easily activated and then there's about a 15 minute wait for the whole place to finally shut up. ? That happens about once a month. The inspections are I think once every six months? Other than those two things this place is great. I'm really glad I took the time to fill out some damn paperwork for one of the best places I've ever lived.”

“This is my forever home! Everyone has been so helpful since I moved in in August of 2023! The office staff have been exceptionally informative about what ever I may need from maintenance . They have been very prompt and polite in all my requests! I have and will recommend this place to all I meet!”

“First of all I like Living here at woodfield Apts I did live here years ago and never had a problem. But now things change. I work nights always have. And can’t come home and rest it’s always letters Comming in the mail for something it’s been very stressful here lately. I only have one night off and that’s saturdays so things could be worked out differently I always payed my rent. Sometimes pay always doesn’t fall on the day of but it does always gets paid. Plus the late fees but everyone has other bills as well rent is outrages these days. Thank you for under standing me. And that’s my review. And some of the fees should be waved. According to peoples work schedules thank you for understanding.”
