“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”

“Humbled up on this place by luck just getting a bumper repair quote, had 2 other quotes from to other collision shops that seemed really high, so i remembered seeing this sign years ago at this place that said bumper repair, it is now not the same shop as back when I seen that sign, met the owner, very very nice people, there estimate came in significantly lower, and just his communication assured me I was at the right place,they communicated well over the entire repair, and I had my car back when promised, the work highly met my expectations, and I found out they also do car mechanical repairs as well as a collision shop, this is my new home for my auto care, I give them 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as a rating, and highly recommend there business and services.”

I needed help finding a headlight for my car he personally came out and found rather it was high or low and getting the correct brand for my car because I knew nothing about it. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable made this process really easy for someone who dosent know about cars. Even replaced it for me as I didn’t know where to even go for a replacement. 100/10.”

“I’ve known Tom for 25 years, let me try too clarify the whole call first with the part you need. He DOES DO THAT and it’s because the space you buy your parts is very compact! It’s not a big warehouse you can window shop at folks. There’s really only enough room for 1 possibly 2 people at a time!!! You wanna go fast? He’s got what you need!!! You break a go fast part? He has more!!! His prices are very compatible with any other speed shops around. I CANT BELIEVE ALL THE HATE!!!! CHECK IT OUT YOURSELF NEXT TIME YOU WANT OR NEED SOME GO FAST PARTS! “Brought my truck in for 2 dents in the door from another truck, it was really bad in my opinion. I didn’t think door dents could be fixed this well. I expected and hoped it would look a little better and not stand out so bad when clean. I’m just about convinced they put a new door on it and couldn’t be happier. Fair price, especially in today’s expensive world. Also each person working there was as friendly as one can come, especially David! If something comes up I won’t hesitate to go back.”
