Why have a pickup time for 5pm if the worker leaves before 5? Walked in right at 5 and lights were off and everything shutdown.. how does someone shut everything down in 0 seconds and it was prepaid what a joke of service

Received several cars that needed maintenance. Had to drive almost 2 hours back to return the car today. They gave me a tiny car when it's pouring rain. The guy lied and said it's AWD. They don't honor Emerald Club. I have Elite status. I'm over National and will find a different car rental company.

Take photos before leaving when picking up and Return on every corner and make sure it’s time stamped or they will claim damages you are unaware of. Second time this has happened at this company. They do a poor job at cleaning the cars. I’ll rent elsewhere in the future

My car wasn't clean after I left the airport. I found a donut in the center armrest. No one is taking Covid seriously, so I will no longer rent from National! If you value your health you should think twice before you rent from them. Your life and that of your loved one's may depend on it!

Agent at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Car was clean and in good shape. Only problem was hours of operation on weekends. Only open from 11-3 on Saturday & Sunday. I know that operation hours have been reduced but having to take a cab back and forth to the airport at $40 per trip was more than a car day rental plus the hassle.

Amazing service! I have been coming here for the past two years and never faced any issues. Its a seamless experience from pickup to return. The staff is very friendly. Sara even knows what cars people prefer which is amazing.This location will go above and beyond to help you out. Highly recommend!!

I rent from the National Car Rental agency in Midland, MI very frequently. I am always greeted by my name and asked about my weekend. The process itself is very quick and seamless. The cars are clean and in good condition. The one time I did not have a reservation, they still had a car for me and allowed me to rent on the spot.

The National Car Rental team at MBS is the best! I'm at this location quite often and everyone at the front desk knows me by name, they process my information quickly, chat a little about the weekend, give me my keys and away I go. Suuuper quick! Since the location is smaller, the typical 'go out to the lot and pick your own car' process can't function. However, the team still gives you a broad selection when you check-in and are willing to meet your needs if they have the right inventory. A big thank you to Sara Allen who has been the Branch Manager for years. In the Winter Sara will regularly go out, scrape off the cars and heat them up so they are ready and warm for her customers. It's a wonderful customer experience. Thank you Sara, Leontae, Jessica, Doug and team! Keep up the great work!

I have rented from National almost every week for the past year. Sarah and her team provide consistently amazing service!! The weather (and travel delays) create challenges - especially in the winter but Sarah and her team take care of travelers - including waiting way past business hours until the flights arrive. The cars are great, always clean and quite new. I would highly recommend National at MBS airport.
