Noelle was friendly and informative but most importantly she was able to expedite matters so that from start to finish, my loan was approved and dispersed in less than 3 days! RUUUUUDE 4. 5 attempts in last 6mos to simply go IN with Daughter, Open Account for $ she has earned and is SaVING and 5. apparently someone of some stature came out to listen to the exchange (Where I calmly but assertively asked THEN WHEN ? “I've been a member with MSGCU for over 25 years, since I was a teenager. They have always gone above and beyond. My husband and I went into the branch yesterday to handle an issue with our account. We sat down with Karen and I cannot even begin to say enough awesome things about that experience. She was calm, patient, friendly and so, so helpful. She explained things so I could easily understand and re-explained them if I needed her to. The issue took longer to resolve than we were there, but she made several phone calls to my husband and I throughout the day as she got the issue taken care of. We were really freaking out about our account and she was able to help us not only fix the issue, but also reassure us and make us feel better about the whole situation.
