“I have been a member of this credit union since 2004 and in the 19 or so years, we have had our mortgage, HELOC, loans, credit cards and many additional services. Each time the process was explained and executed with professionalism and understanding. I most recently was the victim of a scam and the call center representative I talked to was without a doubt, the voice I needed to hear that evening. He was able to calm me down and walk me through some steps to see what was happening. I was shaking when I called and when I hung up, I was so grateful for the interaction. After the fact and getting new cards was a painless process. I can also say that my wife's card was shut down after an attempted purchase of $125 in Albania. I am grateful we have someone looking out for our interests. As a side note, it would have been nice to get a call or email that said the card was shut off instead of having it declined, but I may have missed that communication in the whole scheme of things.”

“AWESOME customer service! The manager greeted us, while we were with Jenn He (Personal Banker) . That is just the beginning of our wonderful experience with this branch. I have gone to numerous Citibank locations, and I have never written a review for all the other Citibank locations that I have gone to. It did not make sense for me to write a review for a bank that gave an average amount of customer service. Jenn He was over the top helpful. If I could give her more than 5 stars on Yelp, I definitely would. She took care of numerous things for us. She was constantly multi-tasking with us. She even gave us information regarding a new credit card that Citibank currently has a promotion for. I know that if I ever have to do any bank transactions with Citibank this is the location that I would go to. I would highly recommend the manager, Jenn He and this Citibank location.”

“It's hard to rate a bank... cause ... it's a bank.... but alas any place can be a good experience or a bad one... In this case, this bank offers a good experience to customers. They have the standards like free coffee and couches for you to sit down, purell for when you leave, and although small, this bank feel comfortable. I like the fact that the employees are friendly, courteous, smiling, like they're always having a good day =) I've done my banking here for a few years and I have a safety deposit box here too.. I love Chase because of how convenient it is to find a branch or ATM anywhere, and I believe their mortgage and financial products are very competitive. I would recommend anybody in the area to do their banking at this location.”

“I went into the Clinton Township Hall Road Branch today to pay off my loan with them because my husband passed away. I was going to be selling the truck to my son who lives in Tennessee. Stephanie the teller went above and beyond to try to call the credit union in Tennessee to make sure I could get a letter today so my son could take the home truck back to Tennessee in a few days. They put her on hold for an extended period of time and at no time did she act frustrated or annoyed. I appreciated her patience so very much. It is people like Stephanie who make dealing with Genisys Credit Union a pleasure. It's good to know there are people like Stephanie in this world who make it a pleasure to do difficult business.”
