“Muffler Man checked out my loud exhaust quickly and found the problem, then gave me an economical solution to fixing it. They also looked up my codes and reset them. I am very appreciative to the business for seeing me as a walk in, and to Shain for taking the time to show me the problem while my car was on the rack, explaining how much certain items cost, and for getting me in and out quickly while I waited. In the past I have been to muffler shops that clearly charged more than they needed to and upsold the customer...Not here. I will be returning to Muffler Man in Frankenmuth anytime I need service, thank you!”

“Great staff, very welcoming. MattP provided several updates while the truck was being worked on. Both MattA and Carlton checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. I didn’t catch her name but a very nice young lady even offered us popcorn while we waited. The repair took less time than expected which says a lot for dealership work! Keep up the good work.”
