“Birmingham Jewelry made a custom ring for me based on a design my wife liked and wanted to have. The original was made out of silver and other stones and we wanted to have it done in gold and diamonds. The final product was excellent! The project was to last six weeks and they did it on time and even included a welcome upgrade. If I had to say something I didn't like, and this is my own thing but I like a little more communication on what's happening when I'm spending a significant amount of money. It would have been nice to see the process of how the final product came to be or get status updates along the way but that's nothing something they offer and so it isn't something I hold against them. All in all, very satisfied and we have found our new local jewelers to help with our needs. Thank you for creating our masterpiece and I'll see you soon since we've got to get that necklace repaired ?”

I loved that they have a doorbell, I went to 6 other jewelry locations in the area and the employees were in the back so they didn’t see me standing outside the door. It’s too cold to make customers wait outside for long periods of time. Another perk, employees speak English. A jewelry store less than a mile away couldn’t help me because they didn’t speak any English; I asked for jewelry for a baby and he showed me necklaces you’d buy a rapper.
